  • Provide feedback and answer questions

Maintenance Session $125/hour

  • Review progress since last session

  • Celebrate successes and discuss set backs

  • Amend the action plan as needed

  • Discuss any potential roadblocks and solutions

  • Provide feedback and answer questions

Option 2- 1 on 1 Coaching

1 month commitment

1 Month Commitment Package $450 (Savings $50)

  • One Free Discovery Session

  • Weekly 60 minute follow up coaching sessions for 4 weeks

  • Unlimited brief email/text support between sessions as needed
